Refund & Return Policy

Many Greyforge Studios products are made to order or customized. Returns are handled under the following conditions.

Eligible Issues

We will issue a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • An incorrect item was shipped

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos of the problem.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order products that are not defective

  • Digital products (if applicable)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, when applicable. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
