Commission timelines depend on project size, current queue, and finish level. After you submit a quote request, we will confirm the timeline in our response. Most squads take 2–4 weeks from deposit. Large armies may take 6–12 weeks.

You choose. Provide reference images, a colour palette, or an existing model for matching. We will confirm the scheme before starting and send a test model for approval before proceeding with the full commission.

Yes. Painted Editions are sold in very limited quantities — often just 1 piece. Once a Painted Edition sells, it is gone unless we run another drop. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified of upcoming drops.

GreyForge Studios uses high-detail photopolymer resin printed on professional-grade MSLA and DLP machines. Every model is cleaned, cured, inspected, and test-fit before packing. We do not use FDM printing for miniatures.

Yes. We ship to most countries. International orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees which are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Yes. Commission painting is open to any 28mm–35mm heroic scale miniature regardless of manufacturer or origin. Send your models, we paint them, and return them to you.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot in the commission queue. The remaining balance is due after final photo approval, before shipping. Deposits are non-refundable if a commission is cancelled after work has begun.
