Timelines depend on model count and current queue. After purchase, you'll receive an estimated start date and completion window. Most squads take 2–4 weeks from receipt of models.
Absolutely. Send reference photos, a colour palette, or an existing painted model for matching. We'll confirm the scheme on the test model before proceeding.
